INTENT: The Education Ministry team of the Church of the Resurrection has created a fund to provide scholarships to members who choose to attend a Lutheran College or University as a full-time student.

AMOUNT: Each scholarship awarded will be up to the amount of $750.00 per year, based on the availability of funds and the number of applicants.

EXPECTATIONS: The Education Ministry team reserves the right to expect and insist upon regular attendance at classes, consistent with the rules and requirements of the chosen school, maintain a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 and not be on disciplinary or academic probation. Renewal of the scholarship will be considered after confirmation of these criteria.

APPLICATION PROCESS: To apply, students must submit application with required attachments to the church office by Monday, April 1, 2024.

NOTIFICATION OF AWARDS: Scholarship recipients and their schools will be notified by Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
